I want to thank you
September 16th, 2011

Dear Penny and Beryl, I want to thank you for the empathy you displayed during the consultation and after. My family and I are extremely disappointed that we were not able to utilize your services, for obvious reasons. The objective was to get my Dad stable and strong enough to return home, and your plan of action would have been invaluable to ensure all of us that he would be receiving the best care possible while at home. Unfortunately, the past several months have produced many ups and downs with his health, and ultimately, his kidneys have given out completely, even with dialysis, and palliative care at the hospital has begun. Despite not being able to utilize your services to the fullest, I have complete confidence that you would have delivered the best possible results. I have passed your name and phone number along to a close family friend that may be in need of elder care consultation, similar to ours, and I will continue to do so. I have also mentioned your name to Dad's financial advisor at AXA Equitable in Lake Success, and since I will inevitably be in touch with him in the near future, I will make a point of providing him with your contact information and encourage him to reach out to you for possible future referrals. (He had previously referred me to another elder care attorney located in Suffolk County, but I felt much more comfortable with you and your firm.) Once I speak to him, and gain his authorization, I will also provide you with his name and contact information. In my line of work, I understand the value of endorsements, and I would be happy to allow you to include my testimonial in your marketing materials. Do not hesitate to contact me to send a formal letter of thanks to your office. At this trying time, I simply wanted to express our gratitude. Best regards, Karen K
